Terms & Conditions

The Company provides professional tax, accounting and compliance services including, without limitation: Income Tax Return preparation and filing, GST registration and filings, TDS/TCS filings, Company & LLP incorporation, ROC filings, audit support, advisory, bookkeeping, and related consultancy services (“Services”). The exact scope of any engagement shall be governed by the service description, quotation, or invoice issued to you.

• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.

• You shall furnish true, complete and timely information and documents (e.g. PAN, Aadhaar, financial statements, invoices) required for performance of the Services.
• You shall not upload any unlawful, infringing or malicious content to the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the legality and authenticity of documents submitted.

Fees for the Services are communicated to you in advance through quotations or invoices generated on the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payments may be collected through Razorpay or other payment partners; by initiating a payment, you also agree to the terms of such payment gateway. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All software, content, designs, trademarks, logos and trade dress on the Platform — including the brand name “Tax Solution” — are the exclusive property of GHATOSKASH TAX WIZARDS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for availing the Services. No content may be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.

We treat all client data — including PAN, financial records, books of accounts and tax filings — as strictly confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

While the Company exercises reasonable professional skill and care, our advice is based on information you provide and laws/rules in force at the time. Tax and regulatory positions are subject to change and to interpretation by the authorities. The Services do not constitute legal or investment advice unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees actually received by the Company from you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account or any Service in the event of: (a) non-payment of fees; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) submission of forged or misleading documents; or (d) requirement under law. You may terminate by giving written notice; charges for work already performed remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable arbitration clauses (if any), the courts at Dibrugarh, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
