This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all professional services offered on the platform gtw.co.in and the “Tax Solution” application, operated by GHATOSKASH TAX WIZARDS PRIVATE LIMITED. By making a payment to us — through Razorpay or any other channel — you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms set out below.
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide professional, time-bound advisory and compliance services such as Income Tax Return filing, GST filings, TDS filings, company incorporation, ROC filings, audit assistance and consultancy. These services involve substantial professional time, expert review and use of paid statutory portals. Once work has commenced, costs are incurred even if you later choose to withdraw the engagement.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Before work commences (no documents reviewed, no filings drafted): you may cancel by writing to support@gtw.co.in within 24 hours of payment. A full refund will be processed after deducting payment-gateway charges (typically 2-3%).
- After work commences (initial review done / documents collected / draft return prepared): a partial refund may be granted in proportion to the work pending, at our reasonable professional discretion. Typically up to 50% of the fee is refundable at this stage.
- Once the filing is submitted with the relevant authority (e.g. ITR e-filed, GSTR uploaded, ROC form submitted), the engagement is deemed complete and no refund shall be admissible.
3. Cancellation by the Company
We may cancel an engagement and refund the unutilised portion of the fee if:
- You fail to provide necessary documents or KYC despite written reminders.
- The information provided is found to be forged or materially misleading.
- The requested service is barred by statute (e.g. time-barred filings) or beyond our professional capability.
- There is a conflict of interest or other professional ethical concern.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Government, statutory, registration or portal fees already paid on your behalf (e.g. MCA filing fees, stamp duty, late fees, GST registration challans).
- Payment gateway charges deducted by Razorpay or the underlying card/UPI/netbanking network.
- Subscription-based services after the renewal date has passed.
- Consultation calls / advisory sessions once attended.
5. Refund Process
- Write to support@gtw.co.in with your Invoice / Receipt number, reason for refund, and bank/UPI details.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after approval. The actual credit time depends on the issuing bank or card network.
- You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once the refund is initiated.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to write to us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved amicably through our support channel. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the account and recovery of any government fees already disbursed on your behalf.
7. Service Re-Performance
Where a return or filing is rejected due to an error attributable to us, we will re-perform the work at no additional cost rather than offer a refund, in line with standard professional practice.
